Eligibility requirements

✓IL resident
✓Adults: income ≤138% FPL
✓All Kids: any IL child under 19, no income limit (sliding scale premium above 200% FPL)

Insider tip

All Kids covers undocumented children — one of only a handful of states with this policy. For adults, IL has also expanded coverage to immigrants 42–64 regardless of documentation status.
