Illinois expanded Medicaid and has All Kids — a comprehensive program covering ALL Illinois children regardless of immigration status or income, making it one of the most inclusive states.

Eligibility requirements

  • IL resident
  • Adults: income ≤138% FPL
  • All Kids: any IL child under 19, no income limit (sliding scale premium above 200% FPL)
